Nike, MLB, and Fanatics are partnering to introduce a new series of MLB City Connect uniforms for the 2026 season. These designs are inspired by the communities, individuals, and narratives that shape each club’s identity. Combining rich historical elements with contemporary influences, each uniform provides a renewed interpretation of the teams’ identities and highlights the future direction of the sport.

The collection embodies the energy and pride of each club’s community, conveyed through bold and expressive designs that feel personal and authentic. With Fanatics overseeing manufacturing and distribution, Nike’s creative vision extends seamlessly from concept to consumer, ensuring each uniform honors the team’s history as an ongoing narrative. Established elements are reinterpreted through innovative expressions that connect with both current fans and the next generation.
Prior to the 2026 season, eight Major League Baseball teams collaborated closely with Nike to develop the next phase of the City Connect program. Through a collaborative process grounded in local insights, the Atlanta Braves, Baltimore Orioles, Cincinnati Reds, Kansas City Royals, Milwaukee Brewers, Pittsburgh Pirates, San Diego Padres, and Texas Rangers worked to design uniforms that accurately and intentionally represent their respective identities.
Each team examined its core values, mottos, and regional influences to develop a uniform that reflects emotional connection and cultural authenticity. With all eight clubs participating in a second City Connect edition, this year’s uniforms build upon previous designs while introducing new expressions of the city, region, and fanbase. These uniforms will continue to be part of each club’s on-field rotation for several seasons.
Nike’s 2026 MLB City Connect uniforms will be available beginning April 9 at nike.com, mlbshop.com, fanatics.com, the MLB Flagship Store, club team stores, and select retail locations.
