Carlos Alcaraz favored for men’s side of Miami Open, Miami fans will be advantage for 19 year old

ATP Masters 1000 action continues at the Miami Open presented by Itau, where Carlos Alcaraz will try to complete the “Sunshine Double” following his triumph at Indian Wells.

It will not be easy for the Spaniard though, with a deep field full of the world’s best players ready to challenge him. Daniil Medvedev, who reached the final in the California desert, is playing some of the best tennis on the ATP Tour and is the fourth seed.

Other players to watch include second seed Stefanos Tsitsipas, third seed Casper Ruud and former Miami champions Andy Murray, Hubert Hurkacz and John Isner. Taylor Fritz, Frances Tiafoe and Tommy Paul lead the way for the Americans on home soil.
