The first ATP Masters 1000 event of 2024 will showcase the top tennis players as they converge at Indian Wells

The first ATP Masters 1000 action of 2024 sees the world’s best players head to Indian Wells for the BNP Paribas Open.

World No. 1 Novak Djokovic is set for his first appearance since 2019 at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, where defending champion Carlos Alcaraz and the in-form Jannik Sinner are among his rivals. Three-time champion Rafael Nadal also returns after injury to take his spot in the draw in ‘Tennis Paradise’.

Taylor Fritz, Ben Shelton, Tommy Paul and Frances Tiafoe lead the American charge, while other players to watch in southern California include fourth seed Daniil Medvedev and last week’s Acapulco champion Alex de Minaur. The rapidly rising #NextGenATP Czech Jakub Mensik makes his event debut as a wild card.
