Dolphins are now 4-7.

Joe Flacco made his first start filling in for the injured Zach Wilson, who missed his fourth straight game. New York decided to go with the 36-year-old Flacco over Mike White, saying the veteran would give them a better chance against Miami’s aggressive defense.

Flacco was 24 of 39 for 291 yards and touchdowns to Elijah Moore and Jamison Crowder. Moore finished with eight catches for a career-best 141 yards.

The Jets are now 2-8.

We have learned the Dolphins have won three in a row, which is impressive as they build momentum and have a favorable schedule to win ahead.

Tagovaila played his best game in a Dolphins uniform.

The Dolphins’ offensive line played their best game, allowing Tua time to throw the football.

The Dolphins did win against a struggling New York Jets team. However, it was a road win and a decisive win. When you win on the road in the NFL, it is a good thing.

The strength of this football team is the defense, especially during the current win streak. They are a blitzing attacking defense, sending corners, safeties, and the defensive line at you. It is a gambling attacking defense, and it has been working right now.

Winning games cures all. The players appear to be excited at the press conferences, and momentum is so valuable as the Dolphins hope to ride this streak until the wheels fall off.

Next week’s game will be interesting. Cam Newton is back with the Carolina Panthers, moreover proven he is a talented dual-threat player who is hard to tackle.

They are a challenging offense with running back Christian McCaffrey, wide receiver D. J. Moore are a stricter test than the Jets. The Panthers play good defense. This is the game while on a winning streak that demonstrates where they are actually. The winner will have a genuine chance to make a run in the second half of this season. It is fair to say playoff chances are over for the loser.
