Bam Adebayo and Jimmy Butler combine for 50, Heat take 3-1 lead, hold off New York Knicks 109-101

The Miami Heat are one win away from the Eastern Conference Finals.

The Heat beat the New York Knicks 109-101 to take a 3-1 lead in the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals.

Jimmy Butler had 27 points and ten assists; Bam Adebayo had 23 points and 13 rebounds.

“We follow the competitive spirit of Bam and Jimmy,” Heat Head Coach Erik Spoelstra said. “They do the dirty work and glamorous work.”

If the Heat win their fourth game, it would be their third Eastern Finals appearance in four years.

The Knicks held the lead twice and were 9 of 28 from three-point land.

The Heat had 32 bench points, the Knicks 10.

Game five is Wednesday in New York.
