Miami Heat narrowly defeat the Los Angeles Lakers

The Los Angeles Lakers were on game two of their four-game road trip visiting the Miami Heat.

The game came down to the final 2:39.

LeBron James cut the deficit to one after completing a three-point play at the free throw line, but from there, both teams exchanged missed shots, rebounds, and turnovers as the Heat slipped away with a 108-107 win over the Lakers.

Miami Heat nearly lost a significant advantage of 19 points but managed to secure a close victory against the Pistons 103-102

Bam Adebayo finished with 22 points, 20 rebounds, and 10 assists for the Heat—the first 20-point 20, rebound triple-double in franchise history.

“My teammates were making plays getting open; I was delivering the ball on time,” Adebayo said.

It was Bam’s sixth career triple-double.

LeBron James finished with a game-high 30 points and three of the Lakers’ five team blocks.

The Lakers are 3-4, losing all four games on the road.

Heat begin a four-game road trip with nine of their next ten away from Miami.
