Jannik Sinner is set to climb to No. 1 in the PIF ATP Rankings on 10 June. The 22-year-old will become the first Italian and just the 29th player overall to top men’s tennis.

Sinner moved to 33-2 for the season by defeating Grigor Dimitrov to reach the Roland Garros semi-finals for the first time. He was guaranteed of his ascent when Novak Djokovic announced his withdrawal due to a knee injury.
